About Arina
I am currently majoring in Sociology with a minor in Pre-Law at Bishop’s University. Rest assured that my expertise in the linguistic department does not summarize in simple dissertations. I work as a manager for an insurance company and am proficient in reading and understanding legal contracts as well.

Being a first-generation immigrant, I had to sharpen my linguistic abilities at an unusually young age. As difficult as it was, it allowed me to have a better appreciation for the learning and teaching processes, as I could better understand my students. A common saying “been there, done that”, summarizes in a simpler manner that my ability to relate to the struggles of my students is what makes my teaching style more effective and stimulating. I am a compassionate person that will only ever have my student’s best interests in mind.
