Currently a 2nd year accounting student in UCC. I achieved 100% in my accounting Leaving Cert, as well as 97% in Home Economics and 95% in History. Overall I achieved 567 points in the Leaving Cert.

About Louise
As mentioned, I am a 2nd year accounting student in UCC, this degree thus far has given me such a wide breadth of knowledge even outside of the accounting scope. This includes economics, business studies and statistics. I decided to start giving grinds as it was not too long ago that I was faced with the pressure of exams and through using a grind myself for leaving cert maths I found my confidence completely grew. I have seen first hand what a supportive tutor can do for a student; I went from getting 50% in my maths exams to achieving 89.7% in my leaving cert.

Whether it be in person or over video call, helping a student understand what they are doing is my main priority. A lot of students learn off solutions not understanding the mechanics behind it. Through use of exam style questions I hope to help my students excel but also provide them will immense self-confidence!
