About Elaine Xinyu
I am an enthusiastic Master’s student at Monash University who’s planning to proceed on with a PhD position at the University of Melbourne.
I genuinely enjoy the process of learning and teaching, and I absolutely love seeing my students attaining greater heights and starting to enjoying learning. I became a tutor thanks to my old Physics teacher, whose passion in the subject made the whole class fell in love with it too. I aspire to be someone like him and would love to make a difference in my students’ lives!

My first lesson always starts with a knowledge test of the student’s level. Subsequently, I’ll customise the learning modules accordingly and plan the learning process together with my students.
I aspire to teach more than “knowledge“, but the process of absorbing knowledge.
