About Carlos
I recently moved to New Zealand a few years ago from the United States, but I have grown a love for business and economics. I'm currently planning to study international business and finance at university in Auckland or Wellington. My goals have always been to succeed academically, but I've recently learned that it's important to get good grades not just to show off and get trophies, but rather to show employers your ability to learn. I struggled at school in New Zealand for the first year or so, back in my Year 10. However, I've been able to get on track and have been the top Economics and Accounting student in my classes the past two years, among other subjects.

I love the concepts in economics, from Level 1 all the way up to Level 3. I'm currently preparing for external topics, but am happy to help any students who are currently studying economics at school. In addition, I strongly believe that the concepts you learn are important in general. Since Year 11, I've found myself applying concepts that I have learned, such as the exchange rate, interest rates, cost of loans/interest on savings accounts, etc.
