About Suzana
Hi, I am currently a first year dental student and I'd like to share my journey with mathematics, where initially, I encountered some challenges. Through persistent efforts and the exploration of various techniques, I successfully improved my grades. Having completed my GCSEs at one of the esteemed all-girls grammar schools in Gloucestershire, I've gained valuable insights into effective learning strategies. Now, as a tutor, I am enthusiastic about imparting these methods to help others overcome obstacles in mathematics. If you're seeking a tutor with a first-hand understanding of the learning process, feel free to reach out. Together, we can navigate the world of mathematics with confidence and proficiency.

Hi! I'm Suzana and I'm a dental student offering maths and science tuition for students in Year 2 to Year 11 (roughly age 6-16). I completed my GCSEs and received 9s and 8s across all my subjects and I have studied A-level Maths, Chemistry and Biology.
As a dedicated and caring mathematics tutor, my commitment to fostering a positive learning experience is reflected in my teaching approach. I believe in tailoring my methods to suit the unique needs of each student, recognising that everyone learns differently. By personalising my teaching style, I ensure that the material is not only comprehensible but also engaging for the individual student. One of my key strengths lies in providing step-by-step solutions and breaking down complex mathematical problems into manageable components. I will ask for a list of topics that your child would like to work through and plan lessons accordingly. If some skills are similar or interlinked, I will be putting those lessons consecutively since it will help your child put what they have learned into more context. I believe that this will help them become a better student by allowing them to look at questions and content with a wider view, which will help when difficulty increases.

I am delighted to express my sincere gratitude for Suzana's exceptional tutoring services in biology. My daughter has greatly benefited from Suzana's expertise, and her teaching style aligns perfectly with my daughter's learning preferences. The personalized approach employed by Suzana has significantly enhanced my daughter's understanding of complex biology concepts. As a result of these tailored lessons, I have witnessed a remarkable improvement in my daughter's grades. Suzana not only imparts knowledge effectively but also instills a genuine enthusiasm for the subject. I wholeheartedly recommend Suzana to anyone seeking a dedicated and proficient tutor, as she has undoubtedly made a positive impact on my daughter's academic journey.
Suzana has helped my son with his understanding of chemistry and has always been reliable and easy to reach. She is always more than happy to answer any questions he had about chemistry and has also helped him in biology and maths. We have seen a huge improvement in his maths in particular even to the point that my son has started liking maths.
