About Clare
I am a current Biotechnology/Laws student, 1 year out of school. I currently tutor English and Biology, after acheiving band 6 results in English Advanced, English Extension I and Biology within the HSC system. I love teaching English, as I love helping students improve and flourish in an academic context. I really believe in fostering and improving key skills such as essay writing and literacy to help students thrive. I also love to help students learn to love English and develop their own style of expression and writing.

I tutor in a way that is approachable to school-aged students, as a recent high school graduate myself. By working on essay and creative writing skills, I look to foster the necessary skills in students, but also help build their own writing style through encouragement. Typical lessons are anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours depending on the student.
