About Jack
I am a second year, Bachelor of Counselling student, at Australian Catholic University. During my time in the course, I have learnt some intriguing and very practical things within my course. For example, I have learnt one therapy called, ACT Therapy (Action-Commitment Therapy), which I find extremely helpful for dealing with frustration, among other applications.

I am dedicated to helping others actualize themselves. I practice what I preach, and I constantly try to improve upon myself and be the best I can be. Although, at the same time, I try to be aware of the fact that we are only human and therefore, we sometimes cannot perform life to the efficient of say...a robot (AKA: flawlessly).
I am not the type of person that brags, and all this is truly coming from the heart. I want to change people's lives for the better, and I genuinely believe that through my own experiences of self-growth, I am able to part along some knowledge and valuable insights.
In relation to class structures, I would start by simply getting to know you. If I am to help you with personal development, I want to understand a bit about your background, interests, hobbies. Essentially, have a sense of who you are and what goals you would want to achieve through talking with me. The rest of the sessions would be tailored around this initial teaching session/s (if more than one initial session is required, then that's okay).
Ultimately, I am hear to listen and I want to help you in any way I can.
