About Ellie
Outside of my studies, I’m a passionate yogi and love keeping active and spending time outdoors. I’m also genuinely interested in the political world and enjoy staying curious about what’s happening around me. As a student myself, I understand the pressures that come with studying and exams, and I know how important it is to have someone who is patient, approachable and willing to listen.
I take the time to understand how each person learns best. I believe good tutoring isn’t about rushing to find the right answer, but creating a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building confidence. I’m naturally a good listener and always aim to give students the time and space they need to work things through.

If you’re looking for a tutor who can make Criminology, Psychology and Sociology feel easier to understand, you’re in the right place! As a Criminology graduate currently studying a Master’s in Psychology and Mental Health, I have a strong academic background across all three subjects.
I understand that A-level subjects can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to remembering theories, applying research and writing strong exam answers. My lessons are tailored to each student, focusing on building confidence, breaking down difficult topics and developing the skills needed to achieve their goals.
With previous tutoring experience, I know that everyone learns differently. Whether you need help understanding a tricky topic, preparing for exams or improving your essay technique, I’ll make sure lessons are engaging, supportive and suited to you.
