About Andrew
During the first class, we will be able to focus on what you would like to learn, covering any specific issues you may have, your past experiences and future expectations and ambitions, covering any questions or concerns you may have. I would then be able to curate a personal holistic food, nutrition and exercise plan in accordance with your personal interests, opinions, preferences and weight loss goals. Providing you with an exciting and appetising plan with many informed and healthy alternatives. It is not the aim to provide a temporary restrictive fad diet but to implement a lasting lifestyle change to improve your health and well-being for life. I would propose regular follow-up sessions where we can cook exciting meals and regularly mentor your progress )) I work full-time as an architect during the week in Manchester, so weekends are best to have a fully engaged class. Ideally, we can meet in person, but can also be conducted online via Skype.

Ever since I can remember I have always been totally obsessed and fascinated with food and cooking. I have been Paleo for over 5 years now, eating mainly fresh seasonal organic plant-based produce supplemented with quality free-range organic meat and eggs, nuts, seeds and some grains and most importantly avoiding dairy, gluten, sugar (which are in most foods!)... eliminating consumption of any processed or preserved foods or any harmful chemical additives. I have spent many years educating myself about optimal nutrition and commercial food production. I am lucky to have travelled all over the world attending cookery classes in many international cuisines as well as workshops on, raw vegan (sugar-free) desserts, wild foraging, permaculture, beekeeping and raw lacto-fermentation (Kombucha, Sauerkraut, Miso, Kimchi). I have a blog where I post my culinary creations! I am now at the point where I feel vibrant and alive and I have healed my gut and immune system to the point where I seldom visit the doctor and almost never get sick (when I used to around 10 times per year). I am here to act as your one to one mentor, empowering you during your holistic wellbeing journey, and hopefully we can also find a way to meet up in person to curate health giving dishes together.

Perfect! Came to me as we had family visiting, made lovely dinner and yoghurt for in the week
Andrew was good company, very relaxed- It was a wonderful experience cooking with Wendy in her beautiful home down in Derbyshire. Wendy and her family were very warm, open and positive. She was even kind enough to let me stay over at her place, so I got to see the most of the region, and she compensated me for the petrol cost to get there. We had so much fun lovingly preparing high protein gluten-free salad wraps, pan-roasted chicken, bone broth, stuffed cabbage rolls, vegan coconut yoghurt and a healthy twist on the traditional Black Forest gateaux.Andrew's response :
