About Magdaleen
I am a Counsellor. I have degrees in Theology and I am still busy completing my Bachelors in Psychology. I have done numerous courses on Art Therapy and I have a lot of experience in counselling and life coaching.

My teaching methodology starts with explanation about emotions. Art Therapy is a way to express your various emotions. The Art is to give you a medium to express those emotions that you wouldn't otherwise be able to access or express. This in turn helps you work through difficult and uncomfortable emotions and experiences.
