About Sara
I am an educator who left Italy to follow her passions: travel and cooking. I left Italy without flying and now I am in Thailand. I crossed every country trying to discover more and more about the culture and the cuisine, taking part in classes, living with local families and working in guesthouse and restaurant kitchens in exchange for hospitality.

I follow a vegan diet, aware of well-being and psycho-physical health. We can cook together both ethnic dishes and traditional Italian dishes revisited in a green and healthy key. Before the lesson we choose together what to prepare: I will provide you with a list of ingredients (and any substitutes more available in Italy). On the day of the class we will cook the dish together after a brief theoretical introduction.

Sara è una persona affidabile, gentile e simpatica che lavora con i bambini da moltissimi anni. Educatrice esperta e insegnante premurosa e sensibile, sa come gestire bambini e ragazzi ed aiutarli nelle difficoltà di apprendimento. Oltre alle ripetizioni, può dare lezioni di inglese primario con passione e professionalità. Il suo amore per la cucina vegetale la rende un'abile cuoca capace di insegnare molte tecniche di cucina senza sprechi, plant-based, cucina dal mondo, piccola pasticceria vegana e proporre tantissime ricette veloci e pratiche per mangiare bene con gusto! Consigliatissima!
