Graduating from the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal with an MMus in violin and voice grounded my academic life. To be honest, I sometimes find that language and music occupy the exact same part of my brain. I grew up in Sherbrooke and moved through the conservatory system to refine my craft.
Teaching French alongside music allows me to show how melody influences speech. These 6 years of experience have taught me that clear communication is an art form. My classes cater to working professionals, kids, and adults. I often integrate cultural context because language does not exist in a vacuum.
