About Luis
My academic background: Bachelor in Business Administration (Saint Louis University – Spain and USA), MBA (MBS affiliated to University of Houston – Spain and USA) and Master in Financial Management and Control (Instituto de Empresa – Spain).
I have worked in large international consulting companies (Deloitte, Mercer, PwC) advising companies of different profiles (multinationals, SMEs, family and non-family, public and private sector).
Throughout my career I have developed specific methodologies in the field of organizational development (analysis of business processes, distribution of responsibilities, job descriptions, position evaluation, professional leveling systems, compensation plans, etc.), as well as in HR management processes (identification of talent - internal and external -, training and development, compensation and reward, incentive systems, management by objectives, etc.) and change management (change readiness, identification of change events and itineraries, etc.).
