About Silvia
Hello! My name is Silvia and I am a Professional Coach specialized in developing self-esteem and confidence. I graduated from iPEC - Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching-, specializing in personal coaching and completed my training with seminars of eminent personal development figures such as Eckhart Tolle and Deepak Chopra. Likewise, personal development is a long journey, so I consider myself an eternal apprentice in my field of work. I also consider that the continuous training is something fundamental to give the best service to my clients.

The method I offer includes techniques of coaching, mindfulness, reiki and everything that I have been learning over the years and that is useful and effective for the development of self-esteem and confidence. It is divided into 5 blocks: 1. Discover yourself. Who you are? What do you like and what not? For a good development of self-esteem and confidence in oneself the first step is to know who you are. This block is dedicated to self-discovery as a basis to build your trust from who you ARE ALREADY. 2. Self-compassion. Leave behind the past and learn to forgive yourself for your "mistakes" (both past and future) A person with self-confidence is compassionate and understands that, in this way of life, we all mess up sometime :) 3 . Emotional health. Emotions are great indicators and so we have to use them. In this block you will learn to manage your emotions at every moment, without letting you see the vision of what you are and what you want. 4. Me and the others. What do you tolerate and what not? Here you will work on your personal limits, the ability to say non-assertively to all that -and all those- that do not go with you. 5. Moving on. This last block is dedicated to your future goals. Once our professional relationship ends and you are a person with total confidence in you, we will work on maintenance techniques so you do not go back in time and you can continue on your own, motivating yourself when you need it.
