About Lauren
I am an undergraduate student pursuing a career in teaching. I am very social and love getting to work with other people in diverse work environments. I consider myself a very positive person who always tries to find the bright side of every situation. This is necessary for learning environments where frustration can arise.

I have extensive tutoring experience. I curate my lesson plans for each individual student after getting to know them to account for their unique strengths and needs. I always include several ways of learning (visual, tactile, auditory) to ensure a complete learning experience. When working with a student I strive to build an authentic connection with them to create a comfortable environment where we can feel comfortable sharing feedback to ensure our lessons are effective.
