About Sun
Hello! I am a sophomore at Purdue University studying computer science. During high-school, I had a 4.0 GPA, earned a 1570 on my SAT, and was one of 356 students in the nation to achieve a perfect score on the 2021 AP Computer Science Exam. Currently in college, I have a 3.97 GPA. Additionally, I have two years of experience as a tutor.

I believe that every student can succeed, even if it takes some students more time than others to master certain topics. This is the major problem with schools in this day. Students who do not learn as quick as others are not given the proper time to fix their mistakes. As time goes on, they are left further and further behind until there seems to be no hope of catching up. This is why I supplement what students are learning by targeting their weaknesses. Say that a student is learning how to do multiplication in class. I will then pick out a various array of multiplication problems to see which ones the student might struggle on. If I do see the student struggling with a certain type of problem, I help the student understand why they are struggling, explain anything they do not understand, and help them in getting the right answer on their own.
