About Lucas
I am a Computer Engineering Student at Purdue University with a GPA of 3.88/4.0. I have had plenty of experience effectively teaching people material through leading study groups. Furthermore, I have completed a plethora of coursework related to math and physics giving me a very strong foundational understanding of the topics.

I want students to develop a real understanding of the material. I believe truly understanding concepts prepares students best to tackle any problem. Lessons will be student oriented. I am there to help the student where they are struggling. I will go through any question students have first and then teach them about that topic. I will then provide the student with example problems to solidify their understanding. If the student doesn't do a problem correctly I will take the time to make sure they really understand why their answer is wrong and how to avoid mistakes in the future. I believe my focus on learning through experience and mistakes gives students a deeper understanding of the material.
