About Tasneem
I am a professional and patient maths tutor with strong subject knowledge. My structured, student-focused lessons build confidence and understanding. I work with primary students, delivering clear, well-planned 60-minute sessions tailored to individual learning needs.
I am very passionate about teaching maths as I found it hard as a kid but then I found a good teacher who made my maths journey a bliss instead of struggle. I want to do exactly that!

My teaching approach is student-centred and focused on building confidence as well as understanding. I break down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps and use real-world examples to make abstract ideas easier to grasp. Lessons are interactive, with regular questioning and practice to check understanding. I adapt my pace and methods to suit each student’s learning style, whether they need visual explanations, guided practice, or extra reinforcement.
I teach primary students. Lessons usually last 60 minutes, which allows enough time for explanation, guided practice, and review. Shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on the student’s needs and concentration level.
I have a strong background in mathematics and experience supporting students at different levels. I am comfortable explaining concepts clearly and patiently, and I focus on helping students improve both their problem-solving skills and exam technique.
