About Juraj
My name is Juraj. All my life I have loved movement, sports, meeting new people and communication. I have a lot of experience with various types of strength sports and competitions. I am mainly focused on bodyweight exercises (Calisthenic, Strength training, gain muscles, burn fat, get endurance) When it comes to training with clients, I am very flexible. I train mainly outdoor.

First meeting communication about your short-term and long-term goals. Build a programme to achieve your specific goals. First class about what is your fitness level to know build your specific programme. Length of training usually 1 hour. My experiences as coach are more than 5 years with 2 level fitness instructor. The lessons are aimed at complete beginners as well as advanced athletes.

Perfect! Juraj is a great PT, good at suggesting a wide variety of exercises for different needs and very thorough when explaining what stretches and workouts do for each muscle group. I look forward to future sessions with him :)
