I'll divide the subject material into modules and provide reading material/explanatory videos that students are expected to go through before class.
The face-to-face tutoring will be used to explain derivations, deliver motivation behind the theory, provide subject insight, teach problem-solving techniques, clear doubts and test the students' critical understanding of the theory, NOT to re-explain theory. These classes will be aimed at teaching students how to approach the subject and for clarifications.
Online classes will be followed by assignments that will help learners test and improve their problem solving skills - which is really the best metric to judge your understand of the subject. Solutions to these problems will be provided and discussed.
Students are encouraged to come forth with their doubts and difficulties. Remember, you are paying to learn.
