Malcolm, originally from Hong Kong and the Netherlands, graduated from a leading IB school in Hong Kong and is now studying Economics at the University of Melbourne, Australia’s top-ranked university. In his final IB exams, he achieved a high 7 in both HL Economics and HL Biology.

Having completed the IB Diploma myself, I understand the pressures and challenges that come with it. I achieved top marks in HL Economics and HL Biology, and I now study Economics at the University of Melbourne, Australia’s #1 university. My own IB journey has taught me the importance of patience, structure, and finding effective strategies that make learning both productive and enjoyable. In my lessons, I tailor my teaching to each student’s needs, ensuring that every part of the syllabus is covered while also focusing on exam technique and confidence-building. My goal is not just to help students achieve top scores, but also to make the learning process engaging and motivating. I’ve tutored many IB students through high school and university, helping them boost grades and rediscover enjoyment in their subjects. My goal is to make lessons structured, engaging, and motivating so that every session brings you one step closer to your target grade.
