I have done 3 certification courses in yoga. I am practicing yoga since childhood and i have helped people with overcome their COVID and weight issues.
I will also help my students with diet plan and give them free ayuverda tips as my Grandfather has practicing ayuverda so i have a knowledge about ayuverda too.

Surbhi is a fabulous yoga instructor. She has more than 1000 hours of training and knows all the postures to perfection. I had multiple injuries but Surbhi’s daily classes has not only made me recover from it but also strengthened my body to make it injury free.
She has also taught me mindfulness which has really put my mind and soul to ease.
