I have a Bachelors of Arts (Honours) in English Literature and History at Queen's University. I have been a ESL tutor for university students and have experience in being an elementary school teacher's assistant. Furthermore, I have an administrative background which gave me experience in organization and time management skills.

My main goal as a teacher is to create a welcoming and safe learning environment for my students. I like to approach my teaching using interdisciplinary teaching techniques that value universal design for learning (UDL) in my classroom. Lastly, my classroom is a collaborative space for students to not only learn but teach me as well.
