As a seasoned SEN Coordinator and Consultant for multiple schools, I specialize in developing inclusive practices and empowering teaching staff. Crucially, I ensure these goals integrate seamlessly with the existing school curriculum. This involves modifying content delivery (using visual supports, AAC, multi-sensory materials), scaffolding instruction, adapting assignments, incorporating assistive technology, and differentiating activities within classroom lessons. Regular progress monitoring and flexible adjustments ensure the IEP remains effective, enabling meaningful participation and achievement within the standard educational framework.
