About Selvin
I am a dedicated educator with a comprehensive academic background, including a PGCE and an Honors degree in Learning Support. My Post-Graduate Certificate in Educational Management allows me to approach teaching with a structured, goal-oriented mindset, ensuring that every student has a clear roadmap to success."I want to teach because I believe that education is the most powerful tool for self-empowerment. My goal is to inspire a love for learning in my students, helping them develop the skills and resilience they need to reach their full potential and navigate their future with confidence."

My Lessons
With my specialization in Learning Support, I don't just teach Afrikaans; I help students "learn how to learn." My lessons are ideal for:
Second Language Learners: Breaking down complex grammar into manageable steps.
Learning Barriers: Using specialized techniques to assist students who struggle with traditional teaching methods.
Exam Preparation: Providing structured revision and time-management strategies based on my management background.
Primary & High School: Tailoring content to meet CAPS or IEB requirements.
My Methodology
I believe in a supportive and patient environment. Every lesson is customized to the student’s unique learning style, focusing on building confidence alongside linguistic competence.
Would you like me to translate any of this into Afrikaans for your profile, or do you prefer to keep the ad in English to attract second-language learners?
