I believe in testing and evaluation. My students will have to be active in class in order to learn. I believe teaching to be a two way process. I make sure my students think before i give them answer there are alot of quizes and Practical situation in my class so that students never forget what they have learnt from it. I have discussions with the students in the end if every class so see where we stand.
