About Janica Mae

Hi! My name is Janica. I'm from Cainta Rizal, Philippines. I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Communication, and I'm currently taking my masters degree, major in Communication as well. I have work experience in ESL, customer support, administrative, marketing, insurance, data entry, and other back office positions. I have been teaching kids, teenagers, young professionals, and adults in our church every Saturday, and in our Vacation Bible School every Summer. Aside from that, I love to travel to different places, do outdoor and adventurous activities, watch TV series and movies. Teaching English and Tagalog language is my passion. I want to encourage my students to persevere with studying English and Tagalog language to help them excel in their academic performance, as well as in their profession. I make sure that the class is exciting, fun, and interactive. I want my students to feel that I'm not just their teacher to correct their grammar mistakes and mispronunciations, but I want them to feel that I'm their second parent or a friend who is always willing to help and guide them with their English and Tagalog proficiency.

About the lesson

I love teaching the English and Tagalog language because I want to help my students in advancing their careers or performance in school, so they can become confident in communicating with people from all over the world. I will help and guide them in their language class journey. I will share my best practices to ensure that they’ll learn from me. Expect my class to be fun, interactive, and student-centered approach, to motivate them and to ensure that they’re always excited to learn the English and Tagalog language.
