My philosophy of teaching is based on what I know and what I have experienced at this point in my career. As an intermediate and senior phase teacher,I have discovered that teaching young minds is a task that cannot be taken lightly. It is full of challenges, frustration, and responsibilities. However, it's a task that is full of excitement, wonder, and joy. And I strongly believe that all children are capable of learning if they have proper motivation and direction from us as teachers.
