About Jacqueline
I have been in the travel industry since 1996. Traveling to different parts of the world has allowed me to experience many cultures and cuisines. I also raised and bred hybrid exotic cats. During this time I learned how to improve the health of my kittens and cats through natural foods and supplements. I realized how Important it was for these cats to live as naturally as possible to live long healthy lives. We as humans need to get back to our roots are natural, simple way of living. I begin studying about different types of foods and their chemical components. That each food needs to be analyzed for its nutrients and prepared in the healthiest way possible so that the nutrients can be used by our bodies. Every single person is different and nutrition is based on individual needs.

My teaching method is very simple. Personal and attention is very important for me. Learning what my students needs are and then helping them to understand the foods and nutrients that work best for them Is the best method of all. I like to teach my students the importance of them educating themselves about nutrition and that the world is constantly changing and new information is always being discovered. It is an every day learning process. The desire to want to be healthy is the most important factor of all.
