About Madison
Throughout my high school career, I took as many advanced English classes as possible, including gifted, honors, and AP level courses. On the English ACT Section, I scored a 30 and on the Reading Section I scored a 33. I have experience with tutoring, essay writing, and proofreading, I am confident that whatever your student is faced with, I will be able to help them excel.

I am a college senior looking to tutor students in English Language Arts. I have a passion for teaching and my approach is to give students a positive, energetic, and supportive environment, build confidence with reading and writing, and to give students the tools to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Having worked with students who had low confidence in their abilities, I know how important it is to always encourage students so that they can continue to grow and also spark their interest in reading and writing. I believe that while it is good to get high scores, your student is more than a number or letter grade. I am more than happy to teach from the elementary to high school level and I hope to work with you and your student soon!
