Details
I should be given at least a six-hour warning that the meeting will be canceled (allowing for accidents and emergencies, of course). Otherwise, I will expect a 1/4 hour cancellation fee. If I show up (without having been informed the meeting will be canceled), I expect to be paid for 1/2 an hour.
