**About Your Tutor**
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music and an Associate of Science degree. That mix has given me both an analytical mindset and a strong ear for language, rhythm, and tone — all of which come in handy when teaching writing and communication.
I'm a multi-instrumentalist (trumpet and French horn) and a baritone vocalist. Learning music taught me a lot about how people actually learn: through patience, repetition, and being okay with mistakes along the way. I try to bring that same patient, encouraging approach to tutoring.
I'm based in Columbus, Ohio, and I've traveled to a lot of places around the country, which has given me a broader perspective on how people communicate. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy sports, musicals, video games, creative projects, and spending time with my doggo.
I believe it's never too late to reinvent yourself, and never too soon to start working toward your future. That's the mindset I bring to every session — meeting you where you are and helping you build the skills to get where you want to go.
