About Kiran
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist within the NHS. I treat disorders including Depression, PTSD, various Anxiety disorders, phobias and Low Self Esteem. Prior to this, I was a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and have been practising as a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner since 2016. My qualifications include: - Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy from the University of Nottingham. - Post-Graduate Certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions from the University of Birmingham. - BSc Psychology with Professional Development from Brunel University. I am a qualified IAPT PWP Supervisor and have clinically supported Trainee and Qualified PWPs.

My teaching /delivery method is 1:1, personalised and structured around learning needs. I provide support for Psychology undergraduates, Trainee PWPs and Trainee CBT psychotherapists who require additional tutoring or self-management techniques. My approach is to be as holistic and thoughtful as possible, without being intrusive. I can also provide support for prospective PWPs, depending on your goals. For tuition, each lesson 60 minutes (£45). Any time spent working on your case outside of the tuition session is billed at £25 per hour (e.g. Reading through your essays or KSAs). For other interventions listed on my profile such as stress management, the current length is 50 minutes (£60).

Perfect! I highly recommend Kiran as a knowledgeable tutor. I had a great experience during my lesson with her and found her teaching style engaging and effective.
