I created a course called Custom Life Design, where we identify Passions, values, strengths and weaknesses. From here we create a Mission Statement through a writing exercise. We then identify what is blocking you, have a few healing sessions, work with multiple practitioners to remove them, create healthy patterns, then create a custom schedule for your life, to move you from where you are to where you want to be.
