About Marysaba
Hello! My name is Marysaba, I'm a life coach and I'm Italian.
In 2014, I decided to leave Italy to explore the world. After many trips, I found my home in Lisbon 7 years ago.
I am a huge fan of classic Hollywood cinema from the 1930s, swing music and late 19th century romances – passions that fuel my creativity and my love for life stories.
After three years as a wedding planner in a high-pressure industry, I became interested in mental well-being, especially in a professional context. This personal journey led me to study topics related to personal development, until I turned this passion into my profession. Today, as a coach, I help people regain balance, serenity and awareness in their lives and at work.

Achieve your mental and professional well-being!
My 90-minute sessions are organized into a 10-day course designed to help you work on your future goals and improve your mental well-being, with a special focus on the professional environment. Together, we will address key issues such as burnout, stress and anxiety.
I won’t give you advice or pre-defined solutions. My role is to guide you through targeted questions that will help you clarify your current situation, identify your priorities, acknowledge your emotions and needs, and build a concrete plan for the future.
I also offer specific sessions for conflict management, both professionally and personally. Through non-violent communication exercises, we will explore conflicts together to understand them in depth, deconstruct them and find peaceful and empathetic solutions that allow you to face any situation with serenity and confidence.
My core values are:
- Empathetic listening and lack of judgment.
- Awareness of one's own emotions.
- Open-minded and welcoming of diversity.
