About Crystal
I first worked as a teachers assistant at Santa Monica College and Cal State Dominguez Hills for English and writing students in 2002, then as an early childhood development caregiver/researcher in UCLA in 2003. I offered individual tutoring with youth over the years that followed, as well as a taught an undergraduate course at Fashion Institute in 2006. I worked with elementary age students as an intern at Da Vinci Innovation Academy from 2013 - 2016.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and English/Writing from UCLA in 2003and a Masters in Clinical, Spiritual and Depth Psychology from Antioch University in 2014. I am currently a practicing Marriage and Family therapist intern, specializing in Trauma and mindfulness. My background in writing, yoga, and meditation inform my work with clients And students.
