About Daniela
I am an ESL tutor with more than 12 years of experience working with college students. I specialise in making academic English easy to understand and apply. Many students struggle with essays, grammar rules, and presentations, and I guide them patiently through each step.
My teaching approach is practical and interactive. I focus on writing structure, vocabulary development, grammar accuracy, and fluent speaking. I also help students prepare for seminars, interviews, and classroom discussions.
I believe learning should be active. That is why I include debates, group discussions, writing workshops, and problem-solving tasks in my lessons. I also use multimedia tools and online resources to make learning modern and engaging.
Every student has different strengths and challenges. I adjust my lessons to match their learning style and goals. I provide constructive feedback and clear suggestions for improvement.
My goal is to help students improve their academic performance while building confidence in using English in both formal and informal situations.

My ESL teaching methodology is adaptive, ethical, and goal-driven. I begin by understanding each student’s purpose for learning English. I use real-life examples and case studies that match their goals, whether for career growth, higher education, or daily communication.

When challenges appear, I use problem-solving techniques. I analyse the difficulty and provide step-by-step explanations. I ensure that students clearly understand grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Integrity is a strong foundation in my teaching. I maintain professionalism, honesty, and punctuality. I focus on long-term improvement rather than short-term results.
Flexibility allows me to customise lessons according to learning style and pace. Besides ESL, I also teach spoken English, business communication, academic writing, grammar basics, and presentation skills.
