About Heidi
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Music Performance with a concentration in vocal pedagogy, and I have experience teaching students of all ages throughout my college career. As a professional soprano, I have performed everything from opera to musical theater—but beyond my own passion for the stage, I am deeply committed to helping others find their voice. With the right guidance and tools, anyone can learn to sing with confidence, joy, and freedom. Whether you're preparing for auditions, exploring your range, or just beginning your vocal journey, I bring both expertise and encouragement to help you grow as a musician!

As a tutor, I like to focus my lessons on music literacy and vocal health so that not only will you be able to become a better singer without injury, but also a better musician. Through ear training and sight reading, music will become a part of your body and feel natural. Focusing on Kodaly methods, my lessons become a no judgement zone where you are free to make mistakes. I teach all levels and styles of singing, but also offer beginner piano lessons as well. Whether you like musical theatre, pop, classical, or just want to better your skills, I individual each lesson to fit your needs and desires!
