About Ana
I have more than 13 years of experience teaching Guitar to college students, and my lessons are creative, practical, and designed to inspire students to reach their full potential. I focus on developing technical skills, musical expression, and confidence while making learning fun and engaging.
I teach chords, fingerstyle techniques, improvisation, and songs while simplifying music theory for practical use. Lessons also include backing tracks, recordings, and interactive exercises to make practice effective and enjoyable.
Over the past 13 years, I’ve helped students perform confidently, master complex songs, explore creativity, and develop their own musical style. My goal is to make every lesson personalised, motivating, and rewarding, helping students grow as both musicians and performers.

My guitar teaching methodology emphasises creativity, mentorship, critical thinking, and accountability. I encourage students to explore music freely, experiment with techniques, and compose original songs. Lessons are interactive, practical, and designed to help students develop both technical and artistic skills.
Mentorship is key in my approach. I provide guidance, support, and personalised feedback to help students overcome challenges and gain confidence. Critical thinking is emphasised by teaching students to analyse songs, apply theory in practice, and solve problems independently.
Accountability ensures consistent progress. Together, we set goals, track improvements, and celebrate achievements. Lessons combine exercises, practice, and creative projects to keep students motivated and inspired.
Along with guitar, I teach music theory, improvisation, and composition. My aim is to develop confident, creative, and independent musicians who enjoy learning and performing music.
