About Michael
My name is Michael, and I am a dedicated high school student musician who teaches clarinet and saxophone. I have four years of experience on clarinet and two years on saxophone, including baritone sax. I have been selected for All-County Concert Band 5th chair and All-County Jazz 1 (Upper band). I am patient, reliable, and committed to helping students grow musically with confidence and strong fundamentals.

I teach clarinet and saxophone with a supportive, structured, and student-focused approach. My lessons combine proper technique, tone development, music reading, and rhythm, while also encouraging musical expression and confidence. A typical lesson includes warm-ups, focused exercises, repertoire practice, and tips for effective home practice. I adapt my teaching to each student’s level and goals, whether they are beginners or intermediate players. What sets me apart is my experience in All-County Concert Band and All-County Jazz, allowing me to teach both classical and jazz styles.
