About Rodrigo
I am a Civil Engineer that worked as a Tutor from 2009 to 2013. I also have experience as a Civil Engenieer; worked mostly as a geometric and pavement designer and as a construction supervisor for multimodal transportation projects from 2014 to 2017.

Each student has it's own needs, some times they need just one or two classes and some other times they need a lot of them. So the first thing I try to do is to meet them to find out which is their problem or which are their weak points, and to find out why they have those problems too. Then I prepare a plan to satisfy their needs.
I prepare excercises and stimulate them to think. I teach them and get sure that they understood what I say. I give them homework and I correct it to see if they have learned or not. I also try to speak with their parents if it is possible, because they can stimulate the student too.
