About Josh
I grew up playing contemporary piano in church, and graduated in 2019 with a degree in worship ministry. I now serve as the music director at The Chapel in Akron, OH, where I oversee all instrumental music at the church.

My goal is to teach methods outside of traditional sheet music. This includes how to read chord charts, as well as training to play by ear. I want students to develop a natural style of their own that is not limited to notes on a page.
