About Jieyu
I am a Chinese teacher who has great interest in different cultures and it is helpful for me to adapt my class to students from different countries.
So far I have been teaching Chinese for 10 years in different countries ( Australia, China, Romania and Spain, Switzerland etc). The students who have been learning Chinese with me also vary in ages and backgrounds. Some are Chinese born in foreign countries who can understand their parents a bit but can not write; some are interested in Chinese culture and want to learn the language in order to attend university in China; some are parents with full-time job but squeeze their time to learn more this language.
During this ten years, I have gained rich experience which makes me be able to adjust my teaching to meet the specific need of students. I am also quite glad and feel fulfilled with what teaching Chinese has brought to me. One of my student from Australia is a lawyer. We have covered our class with regulations and terminology in Chinese with which he can provide better service to his Chinese clients in some international merge cases. Other younger students have passed their YCT or HSK exams. For most students in Romania, I have opened a window for them to know something about the culture and language of a country that has long history.
I feel connected and have passion to continue teaching Chinese to more students who have interest. Would you like to join me and have a try?

My class is tailor made for each group / student ( if it is private) according to their level and objective. No need to worry about your level, feel free to tell me your objective, character or any doubts/bottleneck in language learning and I will design a course just for you.
The class will be interative , based on real situations with practical materials to make sure you will improve speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. The four skills will be naturally combined together. Besides, we will compare your mother tongue with Chinese with the aim to help you fully understand the logic of this language.
