About Lia
I am a committed and enthusiastic tutor who works closely with children every day and understands how to make learning English simple, clear, and enjoyable. As a Communications major preparing for a future career in Speech–Language Pathology, I have a strong foundation in language development, child communication, and effective teaching practices. This background allows me to support students with both confidence and care. My goal is to help each student feel capable and motivated, while building strong reading, writing, and communication skills. I focus on creating a positive learning environment where children feel encouraged to ask questions, try new strategies, and grow academically. I look forward to helping your child strengthen their English skills and gain confidence in the classroom.

As a tutor, I focus on creating a warm, structured, and supportive environment where children feel confident and excited to learn. Because I currently work with kids and study Communications while preparing for a future career in Speech–Language Pathology, I bring both real-world experience and an academic understanding of language development to every session.
I use simple explanations, step-by-step practice, and activities that keep students engaged. I adapt my style to each child by using visuals, reading practice, writing support, and interactive exercises. My lessons are for elementary and early middle-school students who need help with reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, or general English support.
