I am a current student at George Brown on my final semester. I generally tend to open the session with a check in, followed by a general recap of what they've gone over that week in their class. We pinpoint at this point any struggles they're having with the material, which I would include in my notes for future reference. After this, we move on to any homework or assignment questions, and finish with making a plan of action for them until our next appointment. I try to keep a conversational air to the session, to keep it fun and interesting, and I usually adapt my teaching style to best fit the learner
