About Daisy

Students are encouraged to experiment, explore different strategies, and develop their unique style of play. Accountability is also emphasized, as I provide regular feedback, track improvements, and set achievable milestones for continuous growth. My goal is not just to improve chess skills but also to develop critical thinking, concentration, patience, and resilience. By combining structured guidance with creativity and encouragement, I help students enjoy the game, achieve measurable progress, and gain the confidence to excel at every stage of their chess journey.

I am a dedicated Chess tutor with 3 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Over this time, I have successfully guided around 150 students, helping them improve their skills, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the game. My approach focuses on making learning chess both structured and enjoyable.
My teaching philosophy centers on building a strong foundation in key areas such as openings, middlegames, endgames, tactics, and strategy. I emphasize critical thinking, problem-solving, and planning ahead, helping students not only excel at chess but also develop skills that can be applied in real life. I encourage questions, discussions, and active participation in every lesson.

I track progress carefully, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements to keep students inspired.
