About Ruby
My Chemistry lessons invite students to explore the subject at its deepest theoretical level, where mathematics and principles reveal the hidden order of nature. Lessons are designed to make complex concepts approachable, yet intellectually stimulating. By breaking down intricate theories, I help learners build confidence and clarity in their understanding. I support students in discovering their own way of engaging with challenging material, fostering critical thinking and a personal connection to the subject. We explore topics such as spectroscopy, molecular behaviour, and chemical equilibria with curiosity and reflection. Through thoughtful guidance and careful explanation, students learn to interpret patterns, reason quantitatively, and apply theory to problem-solving. My goal is to nurture a deeper appreciation for chemistry’s structure and elegance.

I am a Chemistry tutor with over 10 years of experience and a BSc in Polymer Chemistry. I am passionate about connecting chemistry to real-world environmental challenges. My expertise lies in chromatographic techniques, including Gas Chromatography (GC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), which I use to teach pollutant analysis and environmental monitoring. I enjoy helping students understand how sampling methods, separation principles, and detection limits are applied in practice.
