About Brooks
I have 9 years of experience teaching Chemistry to students at different levels. I hold a Master’s Degree in Chemical Science, where I studied both theoretical and practical aspects of Chemistry in depth. This background allows me to explain concepts clearly and connect them to real-world applications.
My teaching approach is based on patience and clarity. I understand that Chemistry can feel difficult, so I break topics into small, simple steps. I use examples, diagrams, and structured explanations to make learning easier. I always encourage students to ask questions and take their time to understand concepts fully.
I stay connected with the subject by reading and exploring new developments in Chemistry. This helps me keep my lessons fresh and relevant. Chemistry becomes interesting when students understand how reactions happen and why they behave in certain ways. In my lessons, I focus on building clear concepts around chemical reactions, bonding, equilibrium, acids, bases, and calculations. I explain ideas using simple language and relatable examples so students can connect theory with real life. My aim is to make Chemistry feel logical and not overwhelming.
Lessons are carefully structured to match the student’s level. Beginners start with basic concepts like atomic structure and simple reactions. Intermediate learners explore balancing equations, mole concepts, and reaction types. Advanced students work on equilibrium, kinetics, and detailed problem-solving. I guide students step by step, ensuring they understand each part before moving forward. Practice questions and discussion help strengthen understanding.
Students often gain more than just subject knowledge. They develop better focus, clearer thinking, and confidence in solving problems. As their understanding improves, they begin to enjoy Chemistry rather than fear it. My goal is to help students feel capable and prepared, so they can approach exams and concepts with calm and clarity.
