About Karina
I've been a chemistry tutor since my sophomore year of high school! I completed AP Chemistry and passed the AP exam. Currently, I am a third-year college student studying chemistry with a minor in botany at Cal Poly Pomona. I've helped roughly 10 students while tutoring on the side.

I aim to teach chemistry at a high-school level because it is the first time students are typically introduced to the material. First time chemistry learners tend to struggle the most, and I want to break that stereotype. I aim to focus on one lesson at a time for thorough understanding on the topics. I specifically enjoy thermodynamics and have also completed both semesters of organic chemistry.
