About Briar
I completed my Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry and have 5 years of teaching experience. My interest in Chemistry began with curiosity about how reactions occur and how substances change. Over time, I developed a passion for teaching and helping students understand the subject in a simple way.
My teaching style is patient, clear, and structured. I explain concepts step by step and use examples to make them easier to understand. I adapt my teaching approach based on each student’s learning style and pace, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported during lessons.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading about new developments in Chemistry and exploring practical applications in everyday life. Teaching Chemistry is rewarding because I see students gain confidence and clarity over time. Helping them achieve their goals and build strong understanding motivates me every day.

Chemistry becomes easier when students understand how substances interact rather than memorizing reactions. My lessons focus on building a clear understanding of chemical bonding, reactions, and calculations through simple explanations. I guide students step by step so they can understand the reasoning behind each concept. Each session creates a comfortable and supportive environment where learners feel confident asking questions and exploring ideas.
I structure lessons based on the student’s level and goals. Beginners focus on atoms, molecules, and basic reactions with clear guidance. Intermediate learners work on balancing equations, reaction mechanisms, and numerical problems. Advanced students explore organic chemistry, equilibrium, and thermodynamics in more detail. Practice exercises, guided solutions, and feedback are included in every lesson to ensure steady progress.
Chemistry also helps students develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. As they begin to understand patterns and relationships, they feel more confident solving complex questions. Many students start enjoying the subject once they see its real-life applications. My goal is to make Chemistry clear, structured, and engaging so students can succeed academically and feel confident in their understanding.
